The essence of my swing-build programme is that it quickly enables you to work on developing a correct swing shape based on our natural physiology. As these moves become familiar to you, so all of the component parts of the swing will gel into a repeatable free-flowing motion.
Comprising seven distinct steps, the Full-Swing exercise will help you to feel the correct body turn, the correct folding of the arms and the structure of a correct follow-through position. The ‘engine’ or core of the swing is the body turn. Once understood and correctly rehearsed, the

body turn leads you to a very specific follow-through position. Indeed, the Full-Swing exercise is based on the logic that if we know where we are going – and specifically where we want to finish – there’s a very good chance that our instincts will take us there.

NOTE:
Once you are familiar with the nature of the following individual exercises, steps 3 to 7 should be performed without stopping – a series of movements flowing into one continuous swing-build sequence. With a mid-iron, follow my lead.
