THROW THE CLUB UP AND OVER THE LEFT SHOLDER...

I want you now to take your regular set-up position, and then straighten from the hips until you are standing upright, your arms and the club extended out in front of your body. From here, simply hinge your wrists to throw the club
up and over your left shoulder. Don’t let the arms collapse into the body, simply fold the elbows as you literally
throw the club up and over the left shoulder. To complete Step 2, simply turn your upper body to face the target.
At the same time, sense that your weight flows across and into your left side, the right foot pulled around to reveal the

sole of the shoe. Hold this position for a few seconds: you should be perfectly balanced, your spine vertical (not twisted), body relaxed.
Repeating Steps 1 and 2 will quickly give you a good feeling for turning your body to face the target and throwing the club up and over the left shoulder without any
loss of balance. Using this follow-through
position as your starting point, you are now ready to work on the remaining 5-step sequence that blends the three component parts of the swing into one flowing movement.
