THE SIMPLICITY OF A NATURAL FREE-FLOWING SWING - Analysis by Sean Hogan.

WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING at here is a tremendous success story.

Julieta Granada came out of Paraguay as a 14 year-0ld, when she and her mother moved to the US on a hope and a prayer... and a scholarship at the David Leadbetter Junior Academy down at Bradenton, in Florida.
Her tremendous work ethic, her talent and her desire has enabled her to compete with the best in the world.
And she’s still only 18. Julieta lives at Champions’ Gate, so it’s easy for her to see David regularly, and she has that hunger to learn and improve that seems to characterise winners.

As the above sequence reveals, the synchronisation of movement between the body and the arms is the key to what is a wonderfully repeating swing. At the end of last year, Julieta won the first sevenfigure winner’s purse in the history of the LPGA with her victory at the ADT Championship. That win obviously made her feel very comfortable in the company of the world’s elite, and in competing to win. She has matured beyond her years. Julieta’s time-management is excellent. She works hard and practises wisely.
She also looks after her body in terms of her fitness, flexibility and strength training.
She is putting to great use the opportunity she has here

at Champions’ Gate as she learns her trade as a professional. If they haven’t already, the players on the LPGA are taking notice.
For her size and stature, she hits the ball very solidly. Rarely does she mishit a shot – a rare ability David noted straight away. That’s a hallmark of a great talent. David’s focus has been on making her swing as efficient and consistent as possible – and right now it’s boding well for the season. When you are hitting 80% of the fairways (and more) every time you tee it up, you are going to enjoy a lot of scoring opportunities, which Julieta does. She may not be the longest (though by no means the shortest, either),
